Diverse Population in the Classroom

A teacher would most likely encounter many different challenges in a classroom with a diverse population of students. A student's background/culture can affect the way he learns and the way he interacts with other students in the class. Or it could even affect the way he interacts with the teacher. The teacher has to find a way to teach the class that will adapt all of the different cultures of the students. This way the students will have an easier time learning the material in the class. They will probably be more willing to learn too, because they will feel important and they will feel like they matter and there culture matters in the classroom.
